Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner / Janitorial Associate to support daily cleaning and housekeeping operations at our Houston office. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across office areas, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and other common areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and able to work independently in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities • Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms, and common areas • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly • Refill restroom and kitchen supplies as needed • Clean tables, counters, windows, microwaves, refrigerators, and other shared equipment • Maintain cleaning equipment and report supply shortages or maintenance concerns • Follow company safety policies and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals • Assist with additional housekeeping or facility support tasks assigned by management Requirements Qualifications • Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred • Basic English communication skills preferred • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs as needed • Reliable attendance and punctuality required Work Environment • Office environment • May require standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift • Use of cleaning equipment required
