This position can be based in Memphis, TN, Dallas, TX, Lancaster, SC, Hager City, WI, Clinton, IL or Gadsden, AL. This role will lead the demand planning process, serving as the central figure for orchestrating end-to-end planning cycle. The successful manager will align demand, supply, and financial plans to drive operational excellence and meet strategic business objectives. A key responsibility will be to report risks, opportunities, and gaps to leadership, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to mitigate challenges and capitalize on potential growth areas.Meyer Utility Structures is an industry leader in the engineering design and fabrication of concrete and tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution, and substation applications. With over sixty years of innovative engineering and manufacturing expertise, Meyer has helped to author and validate many of today’s transmission industry standards and specifications.What You’ll DoOwn and lead the monthly S&OP cycleFacilitate demand, supply, and executive S&OP reviewsEnsure clear communication of decisions and prioritiesPartner with Sales/Marketing/Operations to validate forecastsUse data and trends to improve forecast accuracyBalance demand with production capacity and material availabilityLead scenario planning for risks and opportunitiesTrack KPIs: forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory turns and working capital, production schedule adherence and S&OP effectivenessPrepare executive S&OP dashboards and presentationsRecommend continuous improvement initiativesServe as central contact for Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply ChainBuild alignment to resolve demand vs. supply conflictsEnsure financial plans align with S&OP outcomesWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business (preferred) or equivalent work experience5+ years in supply chain planning/scheduling for sales and manufacturing operationsMulti-Site demand planning experience required Knowledge of ERP/MRP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)High competency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project and PowerPointStrong facilitation, analytical, and communication skillsAPICS CPIM/CSCP certification preferredTravel up to 15% in the US and MexicoMUS276MUSMUS276
