This role supports life safety compliance in healthcare and commercial facilities by ensuring installations meet NFPA, IBC, and UL standards through precise, documented workmanship in demanding environments.What You'll Get$25.00-$32.00 Hourly (DOE)Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage available401(k)/Roth retirement plan with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysLife/AD&D and Supplemental Insurance AvailableWhat You'll DoInspect and repair fire and smoke barriers per NFPA, IBC, and UL requirementsInstall approved firestop systems to restore rated wall and floor assembliesRead and interpret blueprints and Life Safety Plans (LSPs)Perform drywall repair, wall assembly repair, and access door installationInstall and repair wall systems including gypsum, masonry, and metal framingDocument inspections and repairs using tablet-based electronic reporting systemsRecord incomplete repairs and capture material specifications for orderingMaintain clean, compliant job sites following safety and infection control standardsLoad, unload, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for job sitesCommunicate professionally with customers, facility staff, and internal teamsUse and maintain hand and power tools properly and safelyAttend required training and support other service lines as neededTravel as required for projects (Up to 100%)Who We AreREMEDI8 is a national leader in passive fire protection and compliance solutions for healthcare and commercial facilities.
