Job DescriptionMechanically inclined Machine Builders/Assemblers needed asap! Uniontown, OH1st Shift, Temp to Hire - Serious inquiries only and must attain experience listed below.Summary of Position:This position builds and assembles electrical systems and panel assemblies for machines fabricated and retrofittedDuties and Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:Build machines using tools for the tire industryWire machineCalibration and set-up of machinesBuild and assemble machine controllersParticipates in Continuous Improvement TeamsFollows all Safety and Quality criteriaOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Minimum 2 years’ experience doing assembly workAble to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and schematics accuratelyAbility to work with hands wellCommon knowledge of basic and intermediate hand toolsSelf-motivated and focused on the job at handAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to change project midwayAbility to follow detailed directions and complete taskAttention to detail and desire for qualityOther Requirements:Clean Background and be able to pass a Drug Screen TestMust have own toolsA valid driver’s licenseAble to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
