Join one of the fastest growing groups at Baker Tilly and start realizing your potential.ResponsibilitiesHelps with project planning and to direct engagementsConducts site inspectionsAnalyzes information and identifies technical issuesCompletes estimates of real and personal property building componentsProduces client deliverablesCommunicates project status with internal and external clienteleReviews junior members' work productHelps present findings to clienteleAssists with development and maintenance of client service templatesMentors and develops junior team membersAdheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentialityProvides timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectationsAssists with practice developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of related experienceCPA, EA, MAI, ASA, CMI, or PE designation preferred. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employmentExperience performing cost segregation studies or related construction duties such as estimating preferredExperience with the federal rules and regulations governing tax depreciation preferredAbility to mentor and train junior team membersStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office softwareWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%The compensation range for this role is $74,660 to $141,560.
