Nurse Practitioner (NP)
We are a leading behavioral health clinic in Massachusetts, specializing in advanced treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato (esketamine) therapy. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. The NP will play a critical role in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients receiving TMS and Spravato therapy. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring hands-on patient care and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Prescribe and manage medications, including Spravato, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Administer and monitor TMS treatments, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
Monitor patients during treatment sessions for adverse effects or changes in clinical status.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and other staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Educate patients and families about treatment options, expectations, and safety considerations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in TMS and Spravato therapy.
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts (NP, PMHNP preferred).
Prescriptive authority in the state of Massachusetts.
Experience in behavioral health is preferred; prior TMS or Spravato experience is a plus, but training can be provided.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills.
