Medical Social Worker

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Medical Social Worker to support patients living with chronic kidney disease and receiving dialysis services. In this patient-first, mission-driven role, you will complete psychosocial assessments, provide counseling and crisis intervention, coordinate community and financial resources, and collaborate closely with nephrologists, nurses, and other clinicians. You will educate and advocate for patients and families, support in-center and home dialysis care, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and continuous learning.
