Thermal Testing Engineer

Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent practical experience.Hands-on experience in thermal testing, temperature measurement, and data collection.Hands-on laboratory experience in system assembly, setup, and troubleshooting.Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to have Qualifications”)Experience with liquid-cooling test setup and validation.Solid understanding of mechanical material properties, particularly metals, thermal interface materials (TIM), and EMI gasket materials.Familiarity with thermal analysis and simulation tools, such as FloTHERM.
