Great opportunity for Gastroenterologist interested in practicing outpatient care. Busy facility with a strong endoscopy volume and a wide array of patients. The hospitalist takes care of admitting and managing patients which gives the GI the necessary time to provide individualized attention to his/her patients, performing procedures and taking care of consults. Various duties may include diagnosing patients, inspecting internal organs through endoscopic procedures, analyzing patient historical data, determine proper course of treatment, perform specialized tests to diagnose, and collaborating with primary physicians and other specialists as needed.This position is full time, permanent, offering a great salary, sign on bonus, relocation, and CME allowance as well as residency/fellow stipends, retirement savings plan w/ employer match, and paid medical malpractice.
