Job Summary
Caregivers will work as a team to create a positive, nurturing environment for children between the ages of 3 months and 8 years, in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere.

Essential Functions
Build strong relationships with children, families and co-workers through conversation, active listening and practicing empathy.
Engage in play with children, sharing and encouraging their ideas.
Follow program policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for children.
Work collaboratively alongside a dedicated team, practicing effective communication, showing respect for others’ ideas, assisting and being inclusive of others.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to complete Universal Precautions Training Certification within 10 days of hire.
Ability to complete Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter Training Certification within 30 days of hire.
Ability to complete adult and pediatric CPR/first aid/AED including hands on training within 60 days of hire. Upon review, current certification may be deemed acceptable.
Desired Qualifications
Early Childhood Education coursework/degree.
Experience in an early childhood group setting.
Work Schedule
Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm & 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am –12:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am –12:00 pm
