Job Description Administrative Assistant to Sales (Buford, Georgia)Full-service, fast-paced construction-related manufacturing company in Buford, GA seeks local applicant for full-time position.~ Responsibilities include the following:Daily interaction with large customer base- excellent communication skills and customer service skills requiredResponding to customer's quotation requests, needs, inquiries, and complaints.Administrative processing of customer ordersTyping proposals and correspondences in a profession, error-free and timely mannerSharing of any interaction and involvement with customers that might require the outside salesperson's attention, or may result in additional salesProfessional email and phone correspondence with customersDaily interaction with office staff to take care of customer needsOther duties as assigned~ Position Requirements:Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitudeProficiency with Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)Problem solving / conflict resolution and negotiation skillsAbility to work well and excel while working with a team or individualExperience working under pressure and deadlines with multiple tasks/projectsStrong organizational and time management skills, Detail orientedDay to day interaction with customers, with strong interpersonal and communication skillsPosition requires a professional demeanor and appearance, as well as courteousness and a friendly personalityExperience in the sign or construction industry is preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with architectural drawings/blueprints is a plus!Starting pay will be based on experience with all of the aboveWe offer health insurance and Simple IRA with company matching.
