Program Manager

Availability: Expected availability should be within 1-2 weeks of notice period. Selected candidates will be working remotely but supporting Central European time zone hour (European Client).Work delivery location (Country): Europe Work Type: REMOTERole 1: EC Core Global Template Lead – remote, English-speaking, CET-based. Role 2: HCM / SuccessFactors Project Manager – remote, English-speaking, CET-based. For EC Core lead, we require: Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Experience in global template and multi-country implementations Knowledge of HR processes and data structures Familiarity with integrations (SAP CPI/Integration Center/API) Familiarity with on premise SAP ECCFamiliarity with data migration tools and methodologies Strong stakeholder communication skills Ability to manage/coordinate activities with business and technology leads/stakeholders Ability to direct workstream activities among supporting consultants Ability to communicate/direct cross-stream/cross-module dependencies For the regional project manager, immediate need for a European-based regional/functional project manager.
