Availability: Expected availability should be within 1-2 weeks of notice period.Selected candidates will be working remotely but supporting Central European time zone hour (European Client).Work delivery location (Country): Europe Work Type: REMOTERole 1: EC Core Global Template Lead – remote, English-speaking, CET-based.Role 2: HCM / SuccessFactors Project Manager – remote, English-speaking, CET-based.For EC Core lead, we require:Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralExperience in global template and multi-country implementationsKnowledge of HR processes and data structuresFamiliarity with integrations (SAP CPI/Integration Center/API)Familiarity with on premise SAP ECCFamiliarity with data migration tools and methodologiesStrong stakeholder communication skillsAbility to manage/coordinate activities with business and technology leads/stakeholdersAbility to direct workstream activities among supporting consultantsAbility to communicate/direct cross-stream/cross-module dependenciesFor the regional project manager, immediate need for a European-based regional/functional project manager.
