District Manager
Join the largest delivery-first restaurant group in the United States! Location: Remote within the United States. This role supports a growing national footprint and requires regular travel to assigned markets and kitchen locations. Preference for candidates located near a major airport.Schedule: Full-TimeSalary: $110,000-$125,000 annual salary + performance-based bonus program. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic market.BenefitsPerformance-based bonus program with profit shareUnlimited PTOMedical, Dental, & Vision plan for full-time team members401k with up to a 4% employer match after one year District Manager ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentPartner with the Regional Director to hire, coach, and develop Kitchen Managers and other leadersBuild strong teams by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and developmentSupport succession planning and talent development across assigned kitchensOperations ExcellenceOversee the daily operations and performance of multiple kitchen locationsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, food safety standards, and operational expectationsMonitor execution and coach teams to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and customer experienceConduct regular kitchen visits and operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvementBusiness PerformancePartner with Kitchen Managers to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, labor, food cost, and profitabilityReview operational metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvementSupport the successful execution of company initiatives, training programs, and operational rolloutsDistrict Manager RequirementsStrong foundation in kitchen operations, hospitality, and customer serviceMinimum of 5 years of restaurant or kitchen management experienceMinimum of 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience managing 4 or more locations. QSR, fast casual, ghost kitchen, or delivery-first experience preferredProven track record of achieving financial, operational, and people development goalsWillingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight travel as needed.
