Rodrguez is a former Florida State Senator, Harvard Law graduate, and former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor. This role will build and manage an aggressive statewide finance operation to meet ambitious revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesExecute the cycle-wide finance plan, including projections and event pipelinesManage the Candidate's call time, including lists, briefings, and follow-upPlan and staff in-state and select national fundraising eventsBuild and maintain direct relationships with major donors, hosts, and finance committee membersSupervise finance staff, consultants, and interns; maintain strong internal processesCoordinate with digital and communications teams on fundraising effortsEnsure accurate donor tracking, compliance records, and fundraising reportingQualificationsTwo or more cycles of campaign fundraising experience; prior Finance Director or Deputy Finance Director experience strongly preferredProficiency with NGP, ActBlue, and Google WorkspaceStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailAbility to work evenings and weekends; must have a personal laptop and a car (mileage reimbursed)
