Grill and Line Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grill and Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in fine dining or restaurant environments. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food handling regulations Assist with menu planning and suggest new ideas for dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances Plate dishes attractively for presentation in a fine dining setting Support catering events and special functions as needed Serve food promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a dietary aide in a restaurant or food service environment Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety procedures Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is preferred Background in fine dining or culinary arts is highly desirable Excellent understanding of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is required Join our team to bring your culinary talents to life while providing outstanding dining experiences for our guests!
