The Sales Engineer will drive business development, sales, and system integration for specialized wireless solutions, including Public Safety DAS Systems, Two-Way Radio Systems, and Wireless System Design Services. This role involves generating business opportunities, providing consultative solutions sales assessments, and helping clients achieve their business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and expand prospects, source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound contact.Develop leads for large system sales and be self-directed in your approach.Stay updated on industry news and market challenges to remain a subject matter expert.Identify client needs quickly and suggest appropriate solutions.Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within your assigned territory.Prepare and present proposals to customers, discussing equipment needs and system requirements.Assist customers with installed product issues and recommend improvements or upgrades.Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.Experience in land mobile radio, system integration, public safety DAS, and cellular DAS.Familiarity with major equipment vendors like Motorola, Harris, Raytheon, and TAIT.Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.Excellent listening and negotiation skills, with strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.Benefits:Competitive health, life, and LTD insurance.401(k) with match and profit sharing.Paid time-off.Cell phone reimbursement.Opportunity to work with a recognized leader in wireless design and system integration.Interested candidates are encouraged to send their resume to employment@piercon.net.
