Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Peace of Mind Wellness & Family Counseling, Inc., a group private practice in Bryan/College Station, Texas, is looking for part-time and/or full-time psychotherapists to join our group practice. We are looking for Telehealth Therapist (Remote) and In-person Therapist. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Texas, and registered with CAQH. Compensation is percentage-based (55%) and paid out twice a month. Therapists must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Peace of Mind Wellness & Family Counseling, Inc. provides a steady stream of referrals as well. The candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians.

Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, PH'D)
Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision, from a licensed supervisor) without current disciplinary action
Experience providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT)
Experience providing video therapy
Experience maintaining a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients/week
Conducting preliminary interviews and documenting cases from the initial consultation to the end of treatment.
Evaluating clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health.
Developing appropriate intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.
Complete psychosocial assessment of client needs and available services and develops treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using variety of modalities in accordance with professional standards
Complete timely documentation and treatment planning to support authorization of services for client
Participates in and leads care coordination for clients in collaboration with prior/future providers/support system and analyzes weekly outcome measures and associated interventions to prepare clients for lower level of care
Perform all other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:
Must be a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LMFT (or LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist)
Must be licensed in CA
Must be able to provide telehealth
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree
Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience working with individuals, families, and/or couples
Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients
Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them.
Advanced knowledge of one or more: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, mindfulness therapy, and/or brief, solution-oriented/narrative therapy
