Testing Technician

Experience and Education Bachelor's degree with major coursework in field of molecular biology, toxicology, Microbiology, analytical chemistry with laboratory experience at level of Laboratory test technician or equivalent. Job Duties The candidate selected for this position will perform a variety of routine testing on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes the data in the field of molecular biology, toxicology, microbiology, analytical chemistry. Record data from testing in standard formats and provide results to QC/QA team. Assist technical team to resolve testing problems. Maintain testing equipment to avoid the impact of the performance or validity of the testing. In addition s/he will maintain and organize the lab supplies such as chemicals, reagents, and other laboratory supplies; track, label and store all samples for the assay.
