Set Physical Therapy particularly enjoys working with active individuals and athletes, as well as people with complex or long-standing conditions seeking a more personalized and comprehensive approach.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY for a Physical Therapist with a focus on orthopedic care, women’s health, and pelvic floor. The Physical Therapist will perform detailed evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver one-on-one treatment sessions for patients with orthopedic, pelvic health, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. Daily responsibilities include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, neuromuscular re-education, movement analysis, and patient education focused on self-management and long-term health. The clinician will collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals, document care in a timely and accurate manner, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and goals. The role also involves contributing to a positive clinic environment, participating in professional development, and supporting practice growth through high-quality, patient-centered care.QualificationsActive Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in New York State and graduation from an accredited DPT or PT programExperience or interest in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation is preferred but not required, including evaluation and treatment of pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum conditions, and related diagnoses. Completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 coursework with lab is a plus.Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal expertise, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and movement analysisExperience or interest in treating hypermobility spectrum disorders, autonomic dysfunction/POTS, and chronic pain using evidence-based and biopsychosocial approachesDemonstrated ability to provide one-on-one, patient-centered care, including active listening, clear communication, and trauma-informed, gender-neutral practiceWilling to met with physicians and preform community out reach for marketing Comfort working with active individuals and athletes, with skills in injury prevention and performance-focused rehabilitationStrong documentation, time-management, and organizational skills to manage a focused caseload in a concierge settingCommitment to ongoing professional development, continuing education, and integrating current research into clinical practicePreferred: Prior experience in outpatient pelvicNew graduates with a genuine interest in these specialty areas are welcome to apply.
