Forward Deployed Engineer

Most engineers prefer to hide from customers.You're not most engineers. You write the code and you read the room.You'll embed with enterprise customers, learn their workflows inside out, and build the AI systems that replace what they used to do by hand.Discovery to production, your name on the outcome.You'll join a seed-stage, freshly funded, backed by leading climate and infrastructure investors who are post PMF and 100x'd their ARR in the last 12 months.You'll lead technical discovery, then design and build the automation that solves it.Then you'll integrate the agent platform with messy customer tools, APIs and legacy industrial systems working directly with the CTO, no layers.Most importantly, you are the glue between customers, internal stakeholders and engineering.Stack: Python or TypeScript, production-quality. Hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, generative AI. Cloud infrastructure and API deployment experience required.3+ years engineering or technical deployment, including direct customer-facing work.If you can walk into a chaotic customer environment and find the path to working software, this if for you.
