BakeMark has immediate job openings for CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor trailer and manually unload and deliver bakery ingredients and supplies to customer locations. Ø 17 days of Paid Time Off and Holidays! Ø Weekends Off! Job duties include: Ø Safe operation of company vehicle. Operates within applicable safety guidelines as per government regulations, the company's safety manuals and/or stated safety policies, and common sense. Ø Safely operates power equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, ramps, loading docks, lift gates, and performs inspections as required. Ø Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations (log books, mileage reports, pre and post trip books). Ø Provide exceptional customer service with external and internal customers. Maintain appropriate communication with operations team. Ø Local and overnight runs (Overnight 2-3 nights per week) Hotel provided and $30 per diem. Ø Collects payment for goods delivered if required and in accordance with payment instructions on invoice. Ø Prepares receipts for load delivered. Ensures accuracy of product delivered versus invoices and notes any discrepancies. Ø Loads and unloads trucks – Product is offloaded by pallet and 2-wheeler, 80% cases touched Ø This is not a dock to dock position. Qualifications include: Ø Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ø Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical Ø Must be able to lift up to 50 - 75 lbs. regularly Job Type: Full-time and licensed Class A CDL Driver.
