The company’s core strength is its design-build model that allows clients to minimize risk, shorten construction schedules, and accelerate building occupancy.Job SummaryThe Manager, Supply Chain Systems & Analytics MEP is a critical, high‑impact role within AMPAM's Supply Planning & Operations department. This position provides the systems architecture, data governance, analytics, and workflow automation required to operate Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Prefabrication with accuracy and discipline across the three MEP trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), each carrying its own material flows, procurement patterns, and operational demands.Key Responsibilities Include: (But not limited to the following) ERP Configuration for PlanningOwn and maintain planning parameters, item masters, BOM structures, and system logic to ensure accurate forecasting, material staging, and prefab readiness across all three MEP trades.KOJO Platform Administering, configuring, and continuously optimizing workflows across Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Prefab to drive operational consistency.Reporting & DashboardsDesign and deploy automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into planning accuracy, warehouse performance, logistics KPIs, prefab readiness, and jobsite delivery across MEP operations.Data GovernanceEstablish, enforce, and continuously improve data quality standards across ERP, KOJO, and planning systems to ensure decision-making is grounded in clean, reliable data.SKU TaxonomySupport the design and ongoing maintenance of a structured, scalable SKU taxonomy aligned across all MEP departments, ensuring consistency from procurement through prefab.KPI ArchitectureDefine, build, and automate KPIs that create visibility, drive accountability, and enforce operational discipline across Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Prefab.Automation & Workflow DesignIdentify and eliminate manual processes by designing system-driven workflows that reduce errors, increase speed, and scale with operational growth.Cross-Functional AlignmentAct as the systems bridge across Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Prefab, and Field Ops — ensuring every function has the data, tools, and workflows needed to execute with precision.Executive ReportingTranslate operational data into concise, insight-driven executive reports that inform strategic decisions and surface risks before they impact the business.Who You AreBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain systems, analytics, or operations technologyStrong proficiency in KOJO and ERP/MRP systems; hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting platformsProficiency in data manipulation tools including Power Query and Power Pivot for structured data modeling and transformationProficiency in programming and query languages including Python, SQL, VBA, or equivalent toolsWorking knowledge of HTML for reporting customization and system interface developmentProven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive operational decisionsBackground in construction, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferredCPIM, CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent supply chain certification preferredExperience supporting multi-site operations or leading digital transformation initiativesFunctional knowledge across warehouses, logistics, procurement, and planning operationsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear findings to senior leadershipApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorshipRecruitment AgenciesTo protect the interests of all parties, AMPAM will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates.
