Controls Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design and commissioning of industrial automation systems using Rockwell Automation platforms. * 7+ years of industrial controls engineering experience * Proficiency in Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC & HMI programming * Experience with EtherNet/IP and industrial networking * Expertise in VFDs, servo motion, process control, instrumentation, and safety PLCs * Ability to read and review electrical schematics * Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer support Responsibilities: * Design, program, test, and commission automation systems for OEM equipment * Develop PLC/HMI applications using Rockwell Automation platforms * Create control strategies and review electrical schematics * Troubleshoot complex controls issues ensuring system reliability * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineering and manufacturing * Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in programming standards _Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled _ _Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
