Immigration Attorney – Hybrid (Silver Spring, MD)Our growing immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our team in a hybrid role based in Silver Spring, Maryland.We are a fast-paced, client-focused practice handling complex immigration matters, including removal defense, asylum, family-based immigration, waivers, federal litigation, and humanitarian cases. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, confident litigator, and capable of independently managing a demanding caseload while mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients before the Immigration Court and USCISHandle complex removal defense matters, including asylum, CAT, cancellation, and waiversPrepare and litigate motions, briefs, and appeals before EOIR and the BIAConduct client consultations and develop case strategySupervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staffParticipate in federal district court litigation, including mandamus and APA actions (preferred)Maintain high standards of client communication and case managementQualificationsThree plus years experience in immigration lawSignificant Immigration Court experience requiredStrong legal writing and oral advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage litigation-heavy caseloadsFederal litigation experience strongly desiredMaryland and Virginia bar admissions are a huge plusSpanish language fluency is a major plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $120,000 – $175,000, depending on experienceHybrid work flexibility401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity for growth within an established and expanding practiceLocationHybrid position based in Silver Spring, Maryland, with some in-office appearances and court attendance required.Qualified candidates should submit a resume and writing sample for consideration.
