Job Description:Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to our ground equipment department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by handling various administrative tasks.Responsibilities:1. Office Management:Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.Manage departmental correspondence, emails, and phone calls.2. Documentation and Record Keeping:Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents.Assist in creating and updating procedural manuals.3. Scheduling and Coordination:Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department members.Assist in scheduling and tracking departmental training sessions.4. Communication:Act as a liaison between maintenance and other departments within the organization.Handle internal and external inquiries and ensure timely responses.5. Supply Management:Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.Assist in managing inventory related to the Ground Support Department.Manage purchase orders.Qualifications:Experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus.Education and Experience:Administrative assistance , Office Management, or a related field.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the aviation or ground handling industry.$20/hr.-$21/hr.
