This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with strong procedural volume and a long-term commitment to program development.### Why This Role* Join an established GI team with 4 Gastroenterologists and 1 APP* ERCP and EUS services currently offered Strong institutional commitment to expanding and strengthening the GI program Recent addition of a new colorectal surgeon, enhancing multidisciplinary collaboration* Productivity-driven compensation with guaranteed income and bonus potential### Practice Details Adult Gastroenterology practice Mix of clinic, procedures, and consults Duties include: Diagnosing and managing digestive disorders Performing examinations and procedures Ordering and interpreting diagnostic and screening tests Prescribing medications as appropriate Referring patients for additional specialty care when indicated### Call Schedule* Weekday GI call: 1:4 (own patients)* Weekend call: 1:8 (shared with a private practice group)* Holiday coverage split fairly between groups### Compensation & Benefits* Minimum 2-year salary guarantee* Productivity-based wRVU compensation model with attainable bonus incentives Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health and dental insurance (family coverage available) Long-term and short-term disability Life insurance * 403(b) tax-sheltered annuity * 457(b) deferred compensation plan * Malpractice insurance with retroactive and tail coverage* 30 days of vacation* 10 days CME* $7,000 annual CME allowance (expenses, dues, subscriptions)### Requirements MD/DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology* Active (or eligible) North Carolina medical license* Active DEA registration* Eligible for and able to maintain medical staff privileges
