Job Duties: Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and components Conduct body filler, sanding, grinding, and metal finishing work Remove and reinstall vehicle parts and trim Maintain repair quality and meet production deadlines Work closely with estimators, painters, and management Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment We Offer: Medical, dental, and vision plans available Paid holidays, and paid time off 401K Christmas club - $0.25 match per flat rate hour Competitive flat rate compensation Full time employment Requirements: Must have previous experience as a body shop technician Knowledge of repair procedures, welding, and frame repair Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Excellence is the obligation of all employees at Ray Laethem.
