Entry IT Helpdesk Agent

LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading Automotive Company to help them hire an entry IT Helpdesk Agent to join their team. Location: Franklin, TN Hybrid Compensation: $16.00/hr-$17.00/hr Employment: 12-month contract with possible extension LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance. Position Overview This role serves as the first point of contact for IT support across North American operations, supporting both corporate users and dealership systems. The position is responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Japan. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 support via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams Troubleshoot and resolve user issues; escape more complex problems as needed Support internal users and dealership-specific IT tools Manage and maintain network user accounts (Active Directory) Track and manage IT hardware and software assets Log and document all support requests in ServiceNow Coordinate IT support activities across multiple regions Required Technical Skills Windows 11 Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory (AD) Basic networking concepts (connectivity, troubleshooting) Printer support Laptop/desktop hardware troubleshootingExperience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems Qualifications 1+ years of IT Helpdesk, NOC, or Desktop Support experience Intermediate-level technical skillset Strong troubleshooting capabilities across common IT issues Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) Environment Fast-paced, user-facing support role Exposure to international IT operations Collaboration across multiple business units and regions LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
