We are looking for dedicated, patient-focused nurses ready to make a difference in patients' lives.Responsibilities:Perform patient assessments and identify nursing interventionsProvide comprehensive care tailored to patients' conditions and ageEducate patients and families during their care and prior to dischargeCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic careEnsure timely and appropriate documentation for patient care plansParticipate in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI)Adhere to safety standards to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staffActively participate in team conferences and promote rehabilitation nursing philosophySupport leadership in fostering a professional environment and acting as a role modelOther duties as assignedCaseload & Procedures:Weekly Caseload: 30+ scheduled cases per weekCommon Procedures: TCAR AAA Peripheral vascularPacemakers Defibrillators Right and Left Heart Cath STEMI and StrokeWork Schedule:Full-Time: 80 hours per pay period Shifts: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday-Friday Call Schedule: 10-13 nights/month, including at least 1-2 weekendsTravel not required.
