This role requires hands-on, day-to-day management of retail media campaigns, along with the ability to operate in a full-service environment and engage directly with clients.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) on a daily basisExecute campaign builds, bid adjustments, keyword strategy, and performance optimizationMonitor pacing, budgets, and performance KPIs to ensure campaign successAnalyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, analytics) to deliver full-service media solutionsParticipate in client communications, including updates, reporting, and strategic discussionsStay up to date on Amazon platform changes, retail media trends, and best practicesQualifications5+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising experienceProven experience with day-to-day, in-platform campaign management (not just strategy)Strong understanding of retail media and performance marketing fundamentalsExperience working in a full-service agency environment preferredComfortable working directly with clients and presenting performance insightsProficiency with Amazon Ads console and reporting toolsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExperience with additional retail media platforms (Walmart Connect, Instacart, etc.) preferredFamiliarity with analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) preferredEngagement Details40 hours per weekThe hourly rate for this role is $80.00 - $130.00, depending on experience.
