Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst (Contract)Hybrid – Seattle, WA (Onsite Tues–Thurs)$45–$52/hr (W2), DOEContract through June 1- December 31, 2026We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst to support a multi‐year transformation of HR technology, focused on delivering modern, cloud‐based Recruiting and Onboarding capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR tech, systems design, and process optimization. As part of the IT Delivery team, you'll help design, build, test, and implement solutions that elevate the candidate and new‐hire experience while improving efficiency for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.What You'll DoAnalyze recruiting & onboarding system requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsConvert business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOpsIdentify workflow automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve data flowSupport integrations with platforms such as background screening, assessments, and other HR technologiesExecute system, integration, and UAT testing; manage defects and support go‐live readinessPartner with Change Management to develop documentation, training, and communication materialsProvide post‐implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performanceWhat You Bring3+ years of IT experience supporting or implementing HCM platformsHands‐on experience with enterprise HR systems (1,000+ employees)Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specificationsExperience with software testing, systems validation, and agile/hybrid deliveryAbility to write clear user stories, maintain test cases, and produce accurate documentationProficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‐functional teamsNice to HaveExperience with UKG ProKnowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes (workflows, collaboration, preboarding, compliance)Familiarity with SaaS integration patterns and APIsExperience with Azure DevOps and Smartsheet for requirements and project trackingWork ModelHybrid: Onsite in Seattle Tues–Thurs, remote Mon & FriCandidates outside the area may be considered with up to 25% travel for key meetingsBenefits: For contract positions, hired candidates will be employed by Prime Team for the duration of the contract period and be eligible for our company benefits.
