Traveling Electrical Technician / Electrical Helper Nationwide Travel | 60–80+ Hours/Week | Data Center Construction We are hiring electrical technicians with 1–2 years of solid hands‑on experience to support high‑voltage conduit crews on large‑scale data center projects across the U.S. This is a field‑based, physically active role supporting electricians in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. Candidates must have commercial or industrial electrical experience —this is not a low‑voltage or fire alarm role . What You’ll Be Doing Acting as a dedicated lift spotter for electricians operating scissor and boom lifts Assisting with material movement, staging, and job site logistics Supporting conduit crews with hands‑on electrical work as directed Maintaining strong situational awareness and job site safety compliance Keeping pace with high‑production crews on large‑scale builds What We’re Looking For (REQUIRED) 1–2 years of solid electrical experience (hands‑on) Background in commercial or industrial electrical work Experience working on active construction job sites Ability to work 10–14 hour days in a physically demanding environment Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods NOT A FIT IF YOUR BACKGROUND IS: Low voltage / data cabling Fire alarm systems Security/camera installation only General labor with no electrical experience ?
