Machine Operator

Core Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient production of aluminum metal sheets using high-speed machinery. Schedule and Compensation 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Pay: $19 per hour, supplemented by a shift differential.

Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail. Utilize precision measuring instruments and portable coordinate measurement tools to ensure accurate results. Leverage your background in operating or programming manual, semi-automated, or high-speed industrial equipment. Apply your understanding of material properties, specifically regarding metals. Interpret complex engineering drawings, technical manuals, and process specifications to ensure production quality. Support the broader team by taking on additional tasks as directed by your supervisor. Maintain flexibility to work across different shifts as needed. Commit to working overtime hours when production demands require it. Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent certification. Ensure you have dependable transportation to arrive at the facility on time. Successfully complete all required background checks and drug screenings.
