SAP BTP & AI Architect

We are looking for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) architects to focus on integrating generative and agentic AI into SAP enterprise landscapes, specifically to enhance business processes, automate workflows, and enable "clean core" strategies. Who leverage tools such as SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, Joule Generative AI, and the HANA Cloud Vector Engine to move AI from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.Key Job Roles in SAP BTP & AISAP BTP AI Solution Architect: Defines and designs scalable, secure Generative AI and agentic AI architectures. Develop reference architectures, guide PoCs, and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.BTP AI Development: Builds and deploys AI-driven extensions and applications using SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and Python/Node.js. They focus on embedding AI into Fiori apps and SAP S/4HANA systems.AI/ML: Prompt engineering, training and deploying models, and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using SAP AI Core.BTP AI Onboarding: Strategically guide clients on adopting SAP Business AI, focusing on AI unit consumption, licensing, and activating AI features, particularly for Joule.SAP BTP Integration Lead (with AI): Connecting S/4HANA and non-SAP systems, utilizing AI-driven tools like SAP Event Mesh and the GenAI Hub for intelligent automation.Core ResponsibilitiesDesigning and Implementing AI Solutions: Translating business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions using SAP BTP.Leveraging SAP Business AI: Building intelligent apps with Joule, conversational AI, and pre-trained AI Business Services.Working with Agentic AI: Orchestrating multi-agent systems that can plan and execute actions within SAP processes.Ensuring "Clean Core" Extensibility: Developing side-by-side applications on BTP, ensuring that S/4HANA core systems remain upgradeable.RAG and Vector Storage: Using HANA Cloud Vector Engine to enhance AI models with corporate data.Required Skills and ExpertiseSAP BTP Platform: Strong understanding of BTP Cockpit, Kyma Runtime, Cloud Foundry, and BTP Security (XSUAA/IAS).AI Technology: Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain), prompt engineering, and GenAI Hub.Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java, along with CAP or RAP (Restful ABAP Programming).SAP Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of S/4HANA data models, SAP Fiori/UI5, and API Management.AI Lifecycle Management: Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, monitoring models, and ensuring Responsible AI practices.
