Job Title: Client Support Specialist – OperationsJob Type: Contract (6 Months)Location: Cohoes, NY 12047(Onsite)Pay Rate: $25/hour on W2About the Opportunity:One of our prestigious financial services clients is seeking a bright, energetic, and detail-oriented Client Analyst to support a high-performing Executive Wealth Management team. This role is ideal for professionals with administrative or operations experience who are eager to build a long-term career in financial services.This is a 12-month onsite contract with strong potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.Key Responsibilities:As a Client Analyst, you will serve as a critical point of contact throughout the client onboarding and account management process. Responsibilities include:Manage new business opportunities and client onboarding pipelines in SalesforcePrepare, submit, and track new account documentation through fundingSupport onboarding, data management, and client contracting activitiesIntroduce clients to online platforms and provide website feature overviewsMonitor and resolve billing, account, and contract-related issuesSchedule client meetings and coordinate administrative supportAssist with tax season activities, including quality control, estimated payments, and e-filingPrepare documentation for third-party investment accounts and coordinate with internal teamsProcess asset transfers and account service requests, including:Banking servicesLetters of Authorization (LOAs)Powers of Attorney (POA)Beneficiary updatesCollaborate with investment, operations, and data management teams to resolve account issuesSupport special investment and private equity requestsInitiate and track annual client communications and mailingsComplete callback and identity verification proceduresHandle consent emails, exception tracking, and follow-up commentsServe as a regional subject matter expert for new policies, procedures, and initiativesRequest and coordinate investment research reportsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required2–5 years of experience in administrative, operations, client service, or financial support roles within a corporate environmentStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented with a proactive and client-focused mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or investment operationsClient onboarding and account management experienceFamiliarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systemsCompletion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is a plus
