Job DescriptionEverStaff is seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal for a reputable personal injury law firm in the Chincago area!The Litigation Paralegal provides direct support to attorneys handling active litigation matters. This position plays a key role in case preparation, document management, scheduling, and trial readiness, while also serving as a point of contact for clients and external parties.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative, clerical, and data entry support for litigation teamsManage attorney calendars and coordinate schedulingArrange depositions, mediations, hearings, meetings, and pre-deposition conferencesOrganize and maintain case files and legal documentsPrepare, draft, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenasFile documents electronically through the Illinois E-Portal SystemAssist attorneys with trial preparation, hearings, depositions, and conferencesHandle outgoing correspondence via email, standard mail, and certified mailCommunicate with clients in a professional and responsive mannerCoordinate Court Calls and Zoom hearingsPerform additional duties as needed to support litigation operationsQualifications & ExperienceFull-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal experienceMinimum of 1 year of personal injury experience is preferredPrior trial experience is a plusFamiliarity with e-filing in state and federal courts preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailCapable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyCollaborative, team-focused approachCompendation & Benefits$50,000-$70,000 based on experiencePaid time off, holidays, sick time, and bereavement leave401(k) retirement plan with employer matchingMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsEmployer-paid supplemental benefitsOptional voluntary benefitsAnnual performance evaluationsIf you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, protected veteran status or any other protected status under the law.
