Delivery Lead100% Remote12 + Month ContractLooking for a Delivery Lead to oversee technical project delivery working with Project Manager and 3 dedicated teams. Work with Client Leadership team, drive on and offshore, make sure planning, requirements and delivery are aligned.Accountable for understanding and coordinating all technology deliverable activity for assigned project.Understand what is being delivered and own the creation of the plan for development work.Participate as core team member, ensuring overall successful delivery for the project.Create and communicate the technology delivery plan to core team peers, the delivery team and stakeholders.Monitor and report progress against the plan.Evaluate changes in scope and communicate impacts to the development plan.Identify, understand and document risks, issues and dependencies that impact the technology delivery of the planContinuously communicate risks, issues and dependencies to core team peers and the delivery team.Ensure peer review and cross functional review of development items are complete.Manage project resource needs and coordinate estimates at each gate for the development deliverables and schedule.Breakdown work and identify workstreams and help to ensure all parts and pieces of the project fit together.Ensure bi-directional traceability.Ensure standards and best practices are followed; architectural approach and support change management.Promote collaboration among all team members.Work together to achieve a common goal.Escalate and coordinate resolution of risks, issues, dependencies if unable to resolve within core team.Attend and participate in all Core Team meetings.Facilitate and lead meetings coordinating development activities.Ensure development solution aligns to expected outcomesRequired Skills: Technical lead experience, Must understand MEAN stack technologies and work alongside PM and Scrum Master to create project solutions. This will not be a hands on development role this consultant will be creating long term solutions and technical specifications for the clients Healthcare estimation applications.
