Assembler Location: Durham, NC Available Shifts: • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | $19.00+/hour (based on experience) • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $21.50+/hour (based on experience) ResourceMFG is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing company in Durham, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and building high-quality products in a team-oriented environment. As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will assemble and install mechanical and electrical components while following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure quality and production standards are met. Why Join ResourceMFG? • Weekly Pay • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Available • FREE Online Skills Training and Education • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity • Stable Work Environment with Advancement Potential Key Responsibilities: • Assemble generator components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively • Assemble metal structures and external generator components • Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify defects • Read and accurately use tape measures and measuring tools • Maintain production standards while meeting quality requirements • Work with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and support production goals • Work overtime as needed #greatjob Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required • Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Resume required for consideration
