Senior DevOps
Description: Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior DevOps.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support business applications and technical solutions* Contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of software products* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business partners, analysts, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver solutions* Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities* Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while supporting system reliability and performance* Follow established best practices for security, scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent* 7+ years of experience in Cloud computing and design* Experience working with cloud-based technologies, infrastructure, and application environments* Knowledge of automation, deployment, and infrastructure management tools* Understanding of scalable, reliable, and secure system design principles* Experience working with databases and data management concepts* Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages* Familiarity with source control and version management practices* Understanding of system administration and application support processes* Experience working in Linux or other enterprise operating system environments* Ability to work effectively in Agile or other collaborative development environments* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision* Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and applying new technologies and best practices Job Type ContractCompensation49 - $54
