Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior AEM Developer based in Austin, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior AEM Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Daily tasks include building and maintaining AEM components, integrating AEM with web services, managing content repositories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expertise in web development and content management will be critical for this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Software Development, including coding, debugging, and optimizing performanceStrong experience with Content Management and expertise in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Knowledge of JCR (Java Content Repository) for managing structured and unstructured contentUnderstanding and hands-on experience with designing and integrating Web ServicesProficiency in Jakarta EE or relevant Java enterprise technologiesExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in the health, finance, or retail industries is a plus
