Inventory Associate

Duties
Conduct regular inventory counts and audits using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Manage stock levels, coordinate with procurement teams, and assist in sourcing materials to meet demand planning requirements.
Oversee shipping & receiving processes, including order picking, packing, and dispatching shipments efficiently and accurately.
Support transportation management activities such as freight scheduling, route planning, and compliance with transportation safety regulations.
Utilize technical proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), AS400, CMMS, and other logistics software to streamline operations.
Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse distribution workflows and materials handling procedures.
Ensure regulatory compliance in all aspects of warehouse operations, including international trade regulations, packaging standards, and safety protocols.
Skills
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control techniques, and logistics management.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and transportation management tools like TMS or fleet management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.
Ability to operate forklifts safely and adhere to transportation safety regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Effective communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration.
Familiarity with procurement processes, category management, demand planning, and freight/shipping logistics.
Understanding of international trade regulations, NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) operations, and materials handling best practices.

Pay: $19.15 - $25.10 per hour
