This role demands a professional with a strong network in the sports industry, capable of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as league executives, team leadership, and sponsorship directors. The Head of Business Development will work closely with the CEO to develop and close enterprise SaaS agreements, positioning the company as a leading technology platform for premium guest orchestration in the sports sector.Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 8-15 years' experience in sports business, with a proven track record of operating within the sports ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have held roles in at least three significant sports brands or organizations and will have a deep understanding of the sponsorship and hospitality environments. A commercial mindset, the ability to close and scale long-term partnerships, and experience in representing technology solutions to senior sports executives are essential. The role requires a professional who is comfortable in a relationship-driven commercial environment and is adept at translating operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
