Business Analyst Location: Rosslyn, VA (hybrid) Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support a federal client in analyzing business processes, facilitating system training, and delivering solutions that enhance mission-critical operations. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify customer requirements, define future-state solutions, and support system implementation and adoption. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring effective communication, training, and process optimization within a secure federal environment.
