Maintenance Technicians must have a strong attention to detail to inspect equipment and identify defects, as well as complete repairs as needed. Maintenance Technicians work with the Maintenance Team Lead and Facility Supervisor to determine needed supplies and materials for repairs. Maintenance Technicians may also complete routine maintenance on building systems or areas, as well as assist with the general upkeep of the facility. Maintenance Technicians may work with the Maintenance Team Lead to outsource maintenance repairs as needed. Maintenance Technicians work primarily with the Maintenance Team Lead and Facility Supervisor but may also work with other departments.
