The PM will act as an extension of the customer s Technology function aligning delivery schedules, budgets, and resources with operational readiness requirements and enterprise architecture standards. Meeting the objective to provide hands-on delivery leadership, ensuring projects are initiated, planned, and executed in line with customer s governance, safety, and agreed budgets.Role Responsibilities:Activities include stakeholder coordination, vendor and contractor management, risk and issue tracking, and the preparation of project status reports and technical documentation. The service aims to accelerate project throughput, improve cross-functional collaboration, and strengthen delivery discipline within the customer s projectPreparation and ongoing management of comprehensive project schedulesCompilation of status reports and coordination of regular status meetingsMonitoring and documentation of project risks, issues, actions, and potential opportunitiesTimely escalation of critical issues when necessaryPresentation and communication of project status updatesBudget preparation and ongoing financial tracking for assigned projectsEffective stakeholder engagement and managementCollection of Project Requirements Data - Initiation of new projectsCollaboration with third-party vendors to oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to defined scope, quality standards, budgetary constraints, and schedule commitmentsProject Plan / Project Management Plan A master document that includes timelines, resources, risk management, communication, scope, and quality plans.Schedule / Smartsheet Timeline showing task dependencies, durations, and milestones.Defining Scope of WorkCommunication Plan Defines how, when, and with whom project communication will occur.Risk Management Plan/ Key Decisions Identifies potential risks, impact, likelihood, and mitigation strategies.Status Reports Weekly or biweekly updates on progress, risks, issues, and next steps.Meeting Agendas & Minutes Documentation of key discussions, decisions, and action items.Risk Register/ Key Decisions Active monitoring of identified risks and any new risks.Project Closure Report / Lessons Learned Summarizes achievements, challenges, what went well, and areas to improve.Transition/Support Plan Describes how the solution will be supported or maintained after go-live.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
