White Water Property Services serves the Greater Houston area and is dedicated to fostering reliable and effective solutions tailored to client needs.Role Descriptionwe are looking for skilled professionals who are looking to increase their work volume with a reputable General Contractor. The Sub Contractor will be responsible for performing a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC services. Duties include assessing project requirements, ensuring timely and quality completion of assigned tasks, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. Collaboration with team members and adherence to project timelines are essential to this role. Sub Contractors may be specialized in one or two areas in order to qualify.QualificationsProficiency in general property maintenance tasks, including roofing, plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, and/or paintingKnowledge and experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, and repairAbility to assess project needs, manage time effectively, and complete tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with safety guidelines and compliance standards in property servicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamworkCapability to work independently in an on-site environmentPrevious experience in property maintenance or a related field is an advantageMUST HAVE GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE $1M per Occurrence/ $2M Aggregate PLUS WORKMAN'S COMP AND COMMERCIAL AUTO COVERAGEIf you qualify, please send your business information, including COI & W-9 to info@whitewaterservices.com.
