Bookkeeper & Catering Coordinator

A busy dairy restaurant is seeking a responsible and confident Bookkeeper & Catering Coordinator to join the team. This role will primarily focus on bookkeeping and financial management, while also assisting with the restaurant's catering and party coordination services. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities. QuickBooks experience is required. Responsibilities: Manage the restaurant's bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. Communicate with customers regarding catering orders and private events. Assist customers with party planning for on-site events, including discussing themes, colors, and menu selections. Coordinate off-site catering orders, working with customers to curate menus and ensuring orders are prepared and fulfilled on time. Skills: Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills. Confident communicator with excellent customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and manage both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Requirements: QuickBooks experience required. Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating events.
