The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide critical care to patients in a 10-bed Multi Care Unit accommodating ICU, PCU, and MST levels. Administer and titrate drips such as sedation, vasopressors, and insulin. Perform and interpret 12-lead EKGs and bedside cardiac monitoring for ICU patients. Collaborate with respiratory therapists for ventilator, CPAP, and BiPAP support. Float between ICU, PCU, and MST units as needed to maintain competency. Adhere to dress code, scheduling, and holiday/rotation policies, including floating requirements.QualificationsCurrent RN license with eligibility for submission in the state of Arizona. At least two years of ICU experience; alternative experience may be considered with strong skills. Certification in BLS and ACLS required prior to contract signing. Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher within two attempts. Experience in a hospital setting with no full-time, part-time, or PRN roles at CommonSpirit within the last year.
