In this role, you’ll walk local neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, and schedule appointments for property inspections. What You’ll Do as a Field Canvasser Walk designated neighborhoods and engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach Explain our services and schedule inspection appointments Handle objections with professionalism and persistence Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly goals Maintain a positive attitude and represent Omari Construction with enthusiasm Learn new sales techniques and develop your career in a supportive environment What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude Ability to handle rejection and stay positive Team player with a desire to grow and learn No experience required - we provide full training!
