Apply via Dice today!Technical Integrations EngineerInovio- RemoteWhat you'll be doing:Provide technical leadership to Sales and Client Support teams by translating the business needs of clients and prospective clients into technical solutions.Contributes to the sales process by working with sales to uncover the prospect's current payment tech challenges, and future desired state, in order to find the best solutionGain deep technical understanding of Inovio's Gateway, the value-added services and how they are applied in the payments ecosystemLiaising between Sales and Client Support to board new business efficientlyProviding hands-on training to the sales team and prospects. Also responsible for leading demos for prospective clientsEnsuring a seamless transition from prospect to transacting client.Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client's requirementsInterfaces and provide consultative guidance to our partnersRecommends new solutions and features to the Technical Product team, based on client feedback, so that Inovio remains competitive in the payment gateway spaceCollaborates with product teams to translate client's business requirements into actionable technical requirementsPartnering with technical project managers to ensure issues and defects are resolved quicklyCreates and maintains product support documentation for troubleshooting, processes and tools for internal and external audienceWhat we need from you:BA in Computer Science or equivalent3-5 years of experience in SaaS as a Developer, QA or Systems Analyst.3+ yrs of SQL/JSON writing experience2 years experience with E-Commerce platforms- preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills including experience writing documentationA deep understanding of Payments APIs, Payments, PCI-DSS is preferredExperience with enterprise database systems (SQL Server or Oracle are preferred)What we offer : We offer a comprehensive benefits package that enables our teams to live a life well lived, both personally and professionally.
